1. Discuss the Problem |
| Whether it be through email, on the phone, or over a cup of coffee, I welcome your input and will listen to everything you have to say. We will discuss exactly what you want and figure out the best possible way to achieve it. Possible costs also be discussed at this stage. I won't, however, make you pay for anything that is not complete. |

2. Create a Solution |
| Using all means necessary, I will attack your problem head on. I will create mock-ups, and constantly apprise you of my progress. I will accept any critiques from you until the problem is fully resolved and you are completely satisfied. |

3. Feed (pay) Me |
| Once your design is resolved, I will accept payment of the agreed upon-fee. |
